After purchasing the main convention ticket, will there be a way to get back into the system to purchase add-on tickets if they aren't available on Oct 4? What happens when someone has purchased a main ticket in a group purchase?

Augh!!!  I'm going to be in Hawaii with the chance of not having computer access at the time.   Hawaii, I know, it's such a hardship. lol

Are tickets going to be transferable? I would like to buy a ticket on October 4, but it would be comforting to know that I could try and sell my ticket if my financial situation changes over the next year.

I'm going to be buying a ticket for a friend, but she won't know if she can get the time off from work until next July.  Would it be best to put both tickets in my name or should I put her ticket in her name?  If she can't make it, we'll see if we can find someone that could use it.     Thanks

Are seats assigned within  the colour blocks, or is it first come, first serve within those blocks for every panel?

You should put the ticket in her name.  That way she will be able to pick it up at registration.

Richard said they're still working that out and will post it once it's finalized.

@Richard - Handy link for Time Zone conversions for the time/date for ticket sales if you'd like to drop it in the first post:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Gatecon+Tickets&iso=20151004T09&p1=256

It lists times for various cities around the world.  I based it on the Vancouver time.

You're very welcome!

Volunteering online for a global organization that frequently has to coordinate over multiple timezones means that site is always on hand for things! =)
