Volunteering at Gatecon / Sunday Schedule

Sunday Schedule...

We will need as many of you that are available for the autograph sessions, so please let mum (Sharon Drake) know.
You will be in charge of helping take not of how many people have come for an autograph and money exchange.

Sharon should have a list of guests and although some have been pre-chosen those of you will have a choice of whom you would like to help.  Please note, that not all the guests will need help as some bring their own, but this is a little treat for people at the end of the weekend...

Again, I can't thank you enough for your patience.

Mainly registration.
Sharon will be taking the crew meeting on the Thursday morning so please attend that if you can. If you are unable to make Thursdays meeting, then please attend the one on Friday morning...

Hey Guys!
Long time, no post - I forgot my password... in fact I forgot I could still use the forum even though I’m not attending this time round hahahaha!

Anywhooooo!

For those of you that are volunteering and are not part of the Facebook page I just thought I would post here to say that you should receive an email from myself and my mother regarding your volunteering roles tomorrow and your roles should be worked out within the next 2 weeks !
