Hi, I was wondering if you could clarify the "winning" process. If winners are chosen, when and how would they be informed? and would non-winners be informed, as well? Thank you ;D

The winners will be announced here on the thread. As the judging is reliant on the work schedules of our friends over at Fandemonium Books I'm not putting an exact date on the announcement. The number of entries will also affect how long the judging takes of course.

Will the winners be announced at the event as well, or only here on the thread?

This one is a pre convention activity so just here on the thread, unless Sally and the other authors mention the comp of course.

I set my story in on Tuesday and have yet to receive confirmation of receipt. Should I send it again? I don't want to spam up the inbox if they already have it.

Mine's set in the SG1 universe. How about everyone else?

I'm finishing up the final touches on my story and will be sending it in shortly. Mine is also set in the SG-1 universe. :-) I want to wish everyone luck. This has been a blast to write and has re-energized my desire to write more Stargate stories. :-)

Both received thanks Barbara and Tabitha.

Please don't forget if you are entering the comp, we need your story by the end of tomorrow. That deadline came round fast didn't it!

Just out of idle curiosity, do you know how many entries were received for the contest? Or is that not appropriate to ask? I don't know the protocols.

Good luck to everyone.

By the way, will there be any way for the authors to let others read their story (if they want to). I know I love reading Stargate stories and would enjoy reading these. Maybe after the judging?
