What address do we send pictures of our entry and is the deadline still July 31st or is it earlier?   I'll be taking my project to the printer tomorrow to get it printed into a poster; not sure how much time they will need for printing.

Could you also let me have the dimensions of the final piece so we can plan for exhibition space...same with any other entries. We will need to know sizes ahead of the event. Thanks

question tho do I need to bring a frame for my photo (don't know if this has been asked already and if so sorry for double asking)

Good to see another entry. You will need to bring it as you wish to have it displayed (framed, on a stand etc)- we can only provide the table/display area. Many thanks

Had to scratch first project and I'm hoping to get the new one done on time.  Two eye surgeries in a week is kind of hampering the progress.  Arrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!

Not long to go now so time to mention if you are bringing something for the art show please hand it in to the people manning the Gatecon merchandise table alongside the registration table on Thurdsay.

Artwork will be on display in the second dealer room and a winner chosen so that you can receive your certificate on Sunday.

Just a reminder that we can only display on tables and cannot hang anything on the walls so if you wish to have yours on a stand etc you will need to supply that.
