The Celebration Filming Location Tour

The Gatecon Stargate Filming Location Tour will take place on Monday 5th September 2022 and costs US$85 (booking fee of US$10 included) with a packed lunch. Based on previous years we anticipate including the following locations on the tour - though the exact Itinerary will be finalised nearer the time so may well be added to, and may also be subject to change on the day depending on traffic conditions.

Some locations are drive-by although there will be stops en route including outside the Bridge Studios and at Stanley Park for lunch.

It is possible to request to be on the same bus as friends but the request must be made at the time of booking. We will endeavour to fulfill all seating requests where possible. You will be assigned your bus ahead of the tour. Each bus will have a sign in the window so please stick to the same bus throughout the day.

The tour departs from and returns to the front of the Sheraton Vancouver Airport hotel. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to gather outside ahead of the 9am departure as the buses will not be able to wait. Return is at 5pm.

• Black forest ham with honey mustard aioli, Canadian cheddar cheese & leaf lettuce on a Kaiser (Gluten Free on request)

• Sliced smoked chicken with leaf lettuce & cranberry aioli served on a Kaiser (Gluten free on request)

• Grilled marinated vegetables with lettuce and tomato served on a Kaiser (Gluten free on request)

• Vegan: grilled marinated vegetables with lettuce and tomato served on special bread

· Whole fruit
· Granola bar
· Bottle of still water

Insurance : Passengers are covered by the bus company insurance policy whilst on board the bus ONLY. Getting to and from the bus and any activities during stops en route are entirely at your own risk. Neither the bus company nor Gatecon can be held responsible for any injuries sustained, nor damage or loss of property. Any personal items left on board the bus during stops en route is entirely at your own risk. Any items left on board at the end of the tour will need to be retrieved by contacting the bus company directly.

Tickets : Your ticket includes a non-refundable cancellation/administration. The re-sale or transfer of your ticket is not permitted whilst we still have seats available on the tour and this must be done through Gatecon and not privately.. Tickets will be rendered null and void otherwise.

Tour Route : The published list of locations is for guidance only. Whilst we hope the tour will cover them all, routes and stops will be at the discretion of the driver and dependant on traffic conditions on the day

Guest Participation : Any guest who agrees to take part on the tour does so entirely at their own discretion and dependant on work or family commitments

Lunch Boxes : The lunch boxes are prepared and supplied by the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. We requested a choice of three fillings, including a Gluten Free option on each as well as one to be suitable for vegans. Gatecon cannot be held liable for any problems, including allergies, arising from the lunch boxes - that will need to be taken up directly with the hotel.

Bus Moms : Each bus is appointed a Bus Mom who will coordinate the en route stops and the handing out of the lunch boxes. Please note these people are fellow attendees who have paid the same price as you but have volunteered their time to help the tour run smoothly. Please treat them with respect. If they announce a departure time from a location it is entirely your responsibility to be back on board your bus in time for departure. The bus will not wait for late comers.

Tips : Tips for the bus driver are not included in the ticket price. It is down to personal preference and discretion if you wish to tip your driver.
