GATECON TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Purchasing of tickets to any Gatecon convention is a confirmation that the following agreement is made.
Permission is given to Gatecon Ltd (operating under Gatecon, Gatecon Productions and Gatecon LLC) to use any image, still, electronic or video (taken by persons operating for Gatecon) of you for use in any video documentary, display on it's website, on merchandise or promotion of Gatecon or any of it's conventions. These images will be used free of charge, and remain copyrighted by Gatecon.
You understand and agree to the convention guidelines for the convention or event you are attending. Individual event and convention guidelines are displayed in the 'Convention Information' section of the Gatecon website at www.gatecon.com.
You understand that there are no refunds given on any ticket purchase. No refund will be made in the event an actor/actors cancels his/her/their appearance due to unforeseen filming work. It is the sole discression of the ticket holder to sell or trade any unwanted or unused tickets. In the case of a ticket transfer, Gatecon must be notified by the original owner of the ticket and advised of the ticket transfer, and the details of the new ticket holder. Failure to do so will render the ticket null and void.
You understand that there is a need for a high security presence at the convention for guest security. The security high presence ensures greater availibility of the stars whilst at the convention.
You understand that there are no guarentees in obtaining a guests autograph or photograph. Autograph and photograph session are time based, and doors will be closed promptly upon completion of the current session. Gatecon makes no guarentees on which guests will be available for each autograph or photograph session.
You understand that for our 2008 Vancouver event, photo opportunities for Richard Dean Anderson are ONLY available to VIP ticket holders
You understand that Gatecon will use your email address to send out periodic convention updates to the entire convention ticketing list.
Gatecon reserves the right to refuse sale of convention tickets or entry into convention areas.
DELIVERY POLICY
Ticket purchases will receive a confirmation email cointaining ticket number and event information. Tickets will be available for collection at the registration table of the convention you are attending.
Merchandise including DVD's, t-shirts etc will be despatched within 14 days of receipt and full payment of the order. Some items may take longer to dispatch for pre-orders and items still in production. In these cases, an expected ship date will be clearly included in the item description in the Gatecon store.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are only available on items that ARE NOT convention tickets or events as part of a Gatecon convention. If a product is faulty, please contact us at info@gateconstore.com to organise a replacement or refund of your product.
Replacements require the return of the faulty items before a replacement will be issued. For your convenience, Gatecon has return points in United kingdom and Australia, with other return points coming soon. See the Contact Us page for your nearest Gatecon return point.
In the case of a product refund, the total price refunded will the less any postage charges. Gatecon will ONLY refund on faulty or damaged items.
Convention Tickets have a NO REFUND policy. Please read the ticketing Agreement at the top of this page before purchasing a Gatecon convention ticket.
ABOUT OUR NEW STORE
Our new store is hosted by EKMPowershop and will contain all of Gatecon's items including Tickets, T-shirts, DVD's and convention ticket addons such as Banquet tickets and Tour passes. EKMPowershop uses 128bit secure servers for payment processing.

We are currently organising real time credit card processing with one of the worlds most respected banks. This service may be ready at the time of our store launch, or will follow soon after.
STORE CURRENCY
The Gatecon store uses a base currency of Pound Sterling. This is because Gatecon is a UK based company. You have the option of selecting a different currency to match your location, but please note that you will be charged in Pound Sterling.
Becuase the Gatecon Store uses real time currency conversions, you may notice fluctuations in the store prices for currencies other than Pound Sterling. Please do not think that we are constantly changing the price, in actualy fact the price will ALWAYS be exactly the same price in Pound Sterling, just you local currency exchange rate might make your local price slightly dearer or cheaper.
