Disabled Accessibility

Hi.

How accessible is the event and venue for someone in a wheelchair/with walking aids?

The convention areas we are using are definitely accessible. The hotel accessibility bedrooms are on the ground floor also ( though not sure if any are left at this stage).

Always best to let us know when you book your ticket as well so we can make a note for the main ballroom too.

I did request an accessible room when reserving a room and will advise details of my disabiltiy when booking my ticket.
