WHISTLER RESORT
Whistler BC, Canada is best known for being home to Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains - the continent's two greatest vertical-rise ski mountains with the largest terrain of any ski area in North America, huge alpine bowls, expert grooming and ski runs that last forever. No wonder people keep coming back.

Perhaps maybe not so well known is Whistler's accessibility. Whistler is only two hours from Vancouver along the scenic Sea to Sky Highway and five hours from Seattle, Washington. Travel to the resort is easy via air, train or bus.

This year-round resort is ever-popular for the abundance of activities on offer. It's impossible to get bored with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing to entice during the winter months and mountain biking, golf, hiking, rock climbing and watersports all available during summer.



Whistler Resort, a site of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, also includes a vibrant pedestrian village. Whistler Village joins the base of the mountains, and is filled with restaurants, patios, cafes, bars, shops, galleries and spas - all surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of Whistler Blackcomb.

With the launch of the Peak 2 Peak Gondola in 2008, Whistler's multi award-winning mountain experience just got a whole lot bigger! The record-breaking gondola joins Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains in only 11 scenic minutes. Boasting the longest unsupported lift span in the world at 3.024 kilometres (1.88 miles), it's also the highest lift of its kind at 415 metres / 1,361 feet.

Often voted by Whistler locals as the most extreme activity in Whistler, Whistler Bungee provides an exhilarating, adrenaline filled rush that no other activity can compare to. Whistler Bungee gives thrill seekers an unforgettable experience by jumping 160ft (50 meters) over the glacial fed Cheakamus River.

We are happy to offer a first time jump price of $105.00 including tax (normally $130.00) for your delegates.  This price is valid if the jumper is able to book and drive themselves to our bridge.  Transport from Whistler village in one of our shuttles can be pre arranged for $10 per person, if required and booked in advance.

Unfortunately Rocky Mountaineer aren't able to offer any discounts to us, and indeed the route to Whistler will no longer be available on its own :
"In 2016 and beyond our Whistler Sea to Sky Climb is being integrated into a 3 day journey between Vancouver and Jasper with overnights in Whistler and Quesnel.  This route will no longer be bookable on its own.  If you’re looking for a short excursion from Vancouver you may want to consider our 2 day journey from Vancouver to Banff, Jasper or Lake Louise (one-way)."
