From the Sheraton turn left on Westminster Highway, cross Minoru Blvd and you will see the Centre on the right

Our Guest Services team is here to help you make your shopping experience more enjoyable and hassle-free. Looking for a certain shop or service? Not quite sure what store to visit in order to find a particular item? Our Guest Services team will be happy to guide you in the right direction.

DINING
We have 5 dynamic dine-in restaurants and a diverse array of restaurants in our Dining Terrace which offer a wide variety of choices sure to please your palate.


STROLLERS, WHEELCHAIRS & WALKERS
To make your way around the mall a little easier, we loan infant strollers, fun car strollers, double strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. This service is offered free of charge, however we encourage a $1 donation that will go to a local charity. Please note availability is based on a first come first served basis.

EMERGENCY BABY SUPPLIES
For those who have forgotten to pack extra diapers for your little one, and those who thought that they had brought enough for the trip to the mall, we are pleased to offer complimentary diapers and baby wipes.

COAT AND PARCEL CHECK
Is your load getting too heavy? For a donation to our monthly charity we are happy to store your coats and/or parcels while you shop.

LOST AND FOUND
If at any time during a visit to Richmond Centre you discover that you have lost/misplaced something, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing item.
