The Vancouver Filming Location Bus Tour

Soo excited for this!!!! Question though, I don't see information regarding whether or not the bus is wheelchair accessible?? I want to guess that it is, as most charter buses are these days but wanna double check first as my best-friend uses a power wheelchair and it would be awesome to do this together as we can't do the cruise.

I just checked with them, and they are able to store collapsible chairs but cannot take chairs into the main cabin unfortunately.

Guess I'm not going cause my friend has a power chair and we can't leave it behind and she can't walk put the stairs. I also didn't email in time, oh well more money for photo and autographs!

We are now able to lay on an extra bus due to the number of people on the waiting list. Evereryone who had joined the waiting list has now been transferred onto the main reservations list so you need do nothing else until January when tickets go on sale.

Quick question - I signed up on that mailing list for the cruise and this bus tour. I received confirmations of both.

However, a couple of days ago, I received an update from the mailing list for the cruise... But no new messages concerning this bus tour. Just wanna make sure nothing has been sent out - I don't want to be left off despite me subscribing to that list for the bus tour....

Latest info on the payment for filming location reservations due to be released in the next 24 hours.

Please note we currently have just ten seats left on the tour - we will not be able to add any more buses to the Monday excursion after that.

Quick question: is there an idea of the itinerary yet?

Because there is one location in particular I'm really really interested in (O'Neill's cabin) and if it's not on the plan I might save the tour money and opt for an additional photo/autograph

I have to wait for my ticket confirmation (bought it right now). Is there a chance that I get my ticket/seat number before the tour is fully booked? I want to go necessarily.

For everyone on the city tour reservations list:

The payments for the filming location tour reservations are now live - just head to the gatecon.com/members area and sign in to find your ticket/s.

The caterers doing the lunch boxes have said they are happy to provide gluten-free options on both the chicken and ham sandwiches. The house salad is already gluten-free, and on gluten-free lunch boxes they will replace the bar with a freshly prepared fruit kebab.

If you require gluten-free please choose that option from the drop-down menu and then let me know which sandwich you would like.

The reservations link will be taken offline for two weeks until we know how many reservations are still required. The city tour waiting list will come into effect in the meantime.
