Transferring my ticket

I bought two (2) tickets and need to change the name on one of them. Where can I find instructions for this process? I've looked elsewhere for this information, but it is hiding from me.

You can PM Richard and he'll let you know how to get in contact to officially update the names.  Though, I think the deadline for name changes that will be printed on the badges has passed.

The tickets have already gone to print. I'm afraid we can no longer change names or transfer tickets
