Not at this stage. I think they will be able to take us all, including everyone on the waitlist, but they won't confirm until closer to the date.

I'm not staying in the Sheraton but am still going to want to be able to attend. Anyone else not in the Sheraton going. Not to brill with directions, so would rather have someone to tag along too.

I am not staying at the sheraton either, but I  will be going over to the hotel a little early and I think a few others will be there also. Some are walking over too the restaurant and some are taking alternate transport. We will all meet up and sort things out. A few people live in Vancouver and i am sure we can organise directions to get you to the hotel.
