Hi,

Was wondering if I could get an update on the number of tickets still available?

Trying to plan a trip across from Scotland but it may take a while for us to get the money together. If the tickets are 98% gone then we're probably out of luck.

Thanks

Hi,

You are going to be fine for a fair while yet. Once we get to within the last 50 we will post a heads up but at this stage there are plenty left

Thank goodness. I just found out about this like a half hour ago and I am so excited. I live in Seattle so it's just a short drive for me luckily, just need to get a hotel after I can get my ticket. So happy about this!

Fantastic.
Can you suggest anywhere in Seattle we could be advertising the event...ideally for free?

I'm also a Seattlite Richard and could maybe name a few places, where have you advertised in the past or where are you advertising now? Just so I can get an idea of what kind of places your looking for :)

It's mostly been online, word of mouth etc. Very little direct advertising. I have a pretty comprehensive list of magazines,,newspapers, Tv and radio stations but if you are able to get direct email addresses for any of the Seattle media that would be great. Other than that wherever you think would be targeting the right audience.
Thanks for the help.

THANK YOU

Well, just registered on this website to ask that question, and this is already replied for lol. I am European, but soon tickets for an Amanda Tapping-specific event go on sale and I have to buy 3 of them, so will be skint money wise for a wee while.

But am definitely interested. What are the chances you will not be sold out by early February ?

Thank you again (and for any reply to the latest wee question)

Sx.

I can't guarantee we won't sell out of course, but really do expect sales to slow down over Christmas.
If we get close before then I'll post something on here to let everyone know.

I have a ticket, actually 2, but unfortunately a family event came up and now I can't go (you have no idea how sad I am to miss this) I found a buyer for one of my tickets and I just need to know what info you need, or what I need to do to transfer the tickets. Thanks!

So sorry you can't make it.
Can you email me on gatecon.events@gmail.com once the transaction is complete - i.e. once you have been paid for the tickets. I will need to know the buyers name and email address. I'll then amend our records and send out new confirmations.

Just transferring a question that was left on my profile page onto the main forum:

"Will there be Meet and Greets and VIP tickets"

For The Homecoming we have opted for one ticket type for entry to the event, however we may well be auctioning off, or selling, add-ons for guest extras over the coming months.

I want to thank all the organizers for extending the add-on ticket buying until mid January. Some folks have a check(s) deposited almost mid month.

The photo sessions will take place on Friday 9th September for ticket numbers 001-500 and on Saturday 10th September for ticket numbers 500 upwards...
There will be a maximum of 1000 tickets available.

I got an e-mail with "Ticket Reference: 1763". Is that the above mentioned "ticket number"? If so, why is it in excess of 1000?
Not angry you be if Yoda grammar I use. :)

No that's the booking reference number. Your ticket number is your Seat Number shown in the confirmation. As we are now using assigned seating the groups assigned to photo sessions will be different from 0-500, 501-1000.

Maybe some local comic book stores? There's one at Pike Place Market called Golden Age Collectibles and they are my favorite shop
