Vancouver Airport Shuttle to and from the Hotel
We provide regular shuttle service from to the main terminal at Vancouver International Airport starting at 5:00am with the last shuttle leaving the hotel at midnight.  For Vancouver airport shuttle service between midnight and 5:00am, our front desk is happy to set-up your departure time. International and Domestic pick-up areas on the arrivals level of the airport are marked as hotel shuttle pick up areas.

If you need shuttle service from the airport, call the hotel from the display board in baggage claim areas of the airport or call us directly at 800-663-0299 or 604-273-7878 and request a pick up. Please wait for your shuttle at the designated area.

South Terminal and FBOs
If you need a transfer to the South Terminal, simply tell the driver. If you want to be picked up from the South Terminal or Fixed Based Operators, please call the hotel. Service from the FBOs to the hotel are by request only.

Room Rates

We have secured a limited number of rooms at a special convention rate. Once these rooms have been filled you will be offered the regular rooms in the hotel, subject to availability, although if you mention that you are attending Gatecon the reservation staff will see what they can do for you.

Basically, book early!

Attendees must make reservations for the event directly with the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel on 1-800-663-0299. To ensure you receive the special convention rate (whilst room block lasts) you must identify yourself as attending Gatecon when you make your booking.

In the event of you needing to cancel your reservation you must contact the Hotel no later than 6pm Vancouver time,the day prior to the arrival date, otherwise a cancellation fee of one nights' room and tax will be charged.

These prices are before taxes.

This is on a first come basis as there won't be enough rooms for everyone, so I would recommend you get one quickly. The other possibility is to check the room sharing thread on the forum. Once this new lot of rooms have been taken it's highly unlikely we will get any more but it would always be worth contacting the hotel and asking. Should anyone cancel from the original room block that room or rooms would become available. I will advise if that happens.

I apologise in advance if anyone misses out on a room but I have got as many as I can. Other rooms are likely to be available but at full price.

Hi, I have booked a room at the Sheraton, but I can't see that they have charged my account. Do I pay when I check in?
