The forecast has been very unreliable as of late, so I'm sure it will change approximately 7 or 8 times until then :)

If you live here in the Pacific Northwest, then you know that you can't make weather predictions.
All I can say is "Layer", and that natives never carry an umbrella....that is truly asking for the worst 😊

It typically rains at least 1 of the days of the convention when we have it in September.  It's like a tradition or something. XD

I dress in layers anyway - since I never know what they'll set the freakin' A/C to in my work building.

As a Seattleite, I can tell you it'll definitely change by then. Early September in Vancouver is a good mix of summer and fall. It may rain, but it probably won't be too much.

For a point of reference, it was 94F the last 2 days here in Seattle and today it was about 65F. It fluctuates a lot but I bet we'll get lucky with some nice weather :)

Whether the weather be hot.
whether the weather be cold.
we will whether the weather, whatever the weather, whether the weather be hot or cold!

Feel free to correct the spelling of whether or weather! 😆

I'm actually glad it's cooled down a bit in Vancouver, the sun is very intense at this time of year and it's been a hot couple of weeks. September is my favourite month in Vancouver as the intense heat of July and August tapers off a bit and you get nice sunny weather on the whole. Today is overcast but not raining and around 23C which is ideal weather for convention going and outdoor activities for me. The Labor Day holiday is the Monday before the con so if it's going to rain in September that's the weekend it will do it as it's a long weekend! So that means we should have nice weather for the con weekend, the weather will have done its ruining the weekend the week before!!!  ;D

In the 10 years I've lived in Vancouver I've found September tends to be dry on the whole with some lovely balmy late summer days. If I go out and about and there is a chance of rain a light weight waterproof jacket and a fleece or sweater in case it does cool down a bit with the rain is a good thing to have with you. I always take a fleece or sweater with me anyway because of the Antarctic temperature settings for air cons in restaurants, bars and hotels!

I am coming from Washington, DC. Until the past couple of days it has been brutally hot and in the 90s for over a month. I welcome 60 degree weather.

I'm rolling in from South Texas where it's been in the 90's since about May.  ('cept for these freak rainstorms here lately - what is up w/ that?)  So 60's is fine by me too. XD

I'm from Chicago area and this meteorological summer has been hot, humid with many thunderstorms and flooding. I'll definitely not mind a bit of autumn-like weather.

It can rain the whole con weekend, except for Thursday between 11-4:30 pm. :P
