I like the idea of Earls better than Pier 73. Much wider selection at many price ranges which would fit everyone better. Especially if you werent too hungry and didnt want a full dinner.

They also have a location not too far from the hotel which is good.

I can now confirm that Earls (across the street from the Hotel) has confirmed our reservation! We don't have to pre-order and they will take individual billing. I am going with cash on the night as I think it will help with the tipping. 😊.

I think my husband and me will join you (for now on the wait list).

It's my first Gatecon and I know only 3 other attendees (until now). So it will be a good chance to get to know more people ... and to improve my English. (I hope my husband - who will not attend the con - agrees with this plan. )

Hi Sam, newbies welcome here! I have put you on the wait list for now, but I am hoping that Earls will be ok with the extras. They will let me know closer to the date. 😊
