I was just wondering concerning a security precaution and actors contracts. Since I've volunteered for Phoenix Comicon, which is fan-run, so many changes have been made in the past two years. No video taping or audio taping anywhere during the convention which includes panels, hallways where you might see an actor on way to photo ops or autographs, etc. Just recently I was accused, by a volunteer, of video taping during an actor panel, and I had to explain I was adjusting the zoom on the smartphone. There were many people accused of video taping. I swear...these young people don't get trained on use of smartphones at conventions. Only people allowed to video, audio, or live feed are those with professional media badges that represent major film studios, tv stations, major and local newspapers, and certain websites. Still photography was allowed but not in certain areas.
