Guests can access the site to learn more about the event and to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from the 27th April 2017 to the 17th September 2018.

Prices are on the webpage and are shown when you choose your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: if you want to book a suite or Club room you must phone the hotel as none have been allocated to our room block.

Is anyone trying to - or intending to - book a room at the Sheraton on the Gatecon room block? I am talking to the hotel but need an idea of how many rooms are still needed as the block has been extended twice now and is almost full again. Please let me know urgently if you are still looking to book. Thanks!

These prices are before taxes.

This is on a first come basis as there won't be enough rooms for everyone, so I would recommend you get one quickly. The other possibility is to check the room sharing thread on the forum. Once this new lot of rooms have been taken it's highly unlikely we will get any more but it would always be worth contacting the hotel and asking. Should anyone cancel from the original room block that room or rooms would become available. I will advise if that happens.

I apologise in advance if anyone misses out on a room but I have got as many as I can. Other rooms are likely to be available but at full price.

Ok for starters.. I´m sorry but I never have done this before and my english isn´t perfect cause I´m from Germany..I just want to be sure I get it right. . If I book a room in the Hiltoin Hotel it will costs  219$ per night not p.P  + taxes right? And do I have to make the reservation by my own or will you do a list with all person who wants to book a room and make a group-reservation? I´m so sorry I bet its sound super stupid and everything and I´m not sure if u even understand what I´m asking here xD... Really Sorry! But I really hope anyone can answer me.

I think it was this way in 2016, but it's 20CAD more for 3-4 people in the room. I did a check, and for those of us who have 1-2 people in the room it's 199CAD and 219CAD for 3-4 in the room at the original block price. This presents a room key issue.

*current Sheraton block rate 239CAD(1-2), 259CAD(3-4)
