Hi, could I get clarification on the pin as "pin" may not mean the same thing to everyone? Is the back like a thumb tack / push pin, or is it like a safety pin? Thanks.

I believe it's the push in pin type but we will double check with the manufacturer to make absolutely sure and will let you know

The pin back is the butterfly clasp not safety pin
