I'm going to have to go through the photos/autographs I already have and see which ones I need.  I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot of time standing in lines.

It'll pass a lot quicker then you think it will.

We are leaning towards Plan B right now...add ons come later. Otherwise poeple are going to spend so long adding things and choosing meals etc that they risk missing the ticket by the time they complete checkout.

I think this would be the best way to go to help with everyone's money situation.

Sorry...extremely new here....  How does the seating work?  I understand there's only one ticket price, so am I going to be up all night in line to get a good seat or how does it work?  Thanks.

No, you won't be up all night waiting in lines.  There will be plenty of close seating.  Most people line up maybe an hour before the doors open.

It was going to be mail them into us, but I actually like the idea of posting them here and getting feedback from other Gaters before we make a decision on them.

Will post the definitive answer soon but definitely start thinking of your recipe!!

Definitely a good idea.  That way we can make there at home and test them out.

Is it cheating if you get to pre-test? XD

LOL, How can it be cheating.  You have to know what it taste like before you vote don't you?

The tasting should happen when the contest happens - for the voting.  No sampling ahead of time... =)

So different than other conventions where security keeps you at arms length from saying hello.

This is one of the reasons that I love Gatecon and never balk at volunteering my time to help keep it going.  It really feels like a family that you see once a year-ish.

Hiya everyone!!!
I'm Honor...
I'm from Lockerbie in Scotland!
This is going to be my first Gatecon and I am soooo excited!
My mum is coming along for the ride (She is a Chris Judge fan) don't have the heart to tell her he isn't on the list (yet) LOL!!!

I attended AT8 back in April and I was at LFCC in July and I met some AMAZING people and have kept in touch with them and a few are going to this event! Cannot wait to see everyone again and meet new people !!!!

I've already managed to blag the time off work to attend!!!
Just sooo excited... !

Welcome Honor.   You're going to have a blast!

Hi! I'm Stacy! I'm super excited! I've been to lots of cons but never to a Gateon. I have heard only good things about Gatecon so I can't wait! I live in Colorado, I have a family but will be coming by myself (cons are my special mommy only time!) Can't wait to meet new friends!

Welcome Stacy and I hope this will be the first of many.  Look for me, I'll be wearing a bright pink staff shirt. lol

Airport shuttle is so easy and quick to and from the hotel.  Have used it for years.
