For several months now I've had to enter my password more than once to log into the forum. A pop up window that looks like a chat screen gives me an error message about my password. Doesn't matter which browser I use. #annoying

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Only happens on my ipad and I blame my fingers for typing the password wrong.

It started again yesterday with Chrome and Firefox.

Do you have any extensions/add-ons installed?  If so, run the browser in 'safe' mode or turn off all extensions/add-ons and restart, then see if that lets you log-in.

If it does, add each extension/add-on back one at a time until you figure out which one is causing the log-in error here.

No. Today I changed my password and it took three times to get in just now. Could be related to being in the US..firewalls, roadblocks, you name it. I was thinking there's a keylogger that got snuck in somehow. I don't use Microsoft Edge for just about any site because the site reads that I'm using a mobile device which I'm not. Could be a glitch in the hour, day, week, forever login setup.

It's possible it's firewall related.

It could also be malware.  You could try running MalwareBytes (it's free) and see if that clears it up.  Also, clearing browser cache and cookies may fix it if there's an old log-in session confusing your browser.

When setting up/changing/resetting password, there's a different set of instructions for password. #conflict

I blame Win10... it's new and probably has wonky settings that muck about with forums and the like.

Can't say I am enjoying windows ten... but I said that about all the new updates we've had recently.. LOL....
I feel that Windows XP was still the best version!

I've volunteered for Phoenix Comicon for four years. Just this year, there've been recent changes and restructuring to reflect a non-volunteer organization. Sadly, Phoenix Comicon has gone commercial like Creation Entertainment, FanExpo(Canada and US), WizardWorld, OzCons, etc. :( I like attending fan-run events.
