Unlike alot of other cons I've been to, Gatecon usually puts a few guests on stage together because they have so many guests, more than most cons do. The mix is always great, they've done all kinds of panels like, the system lords, the women, father/son, writers/producers/directors, crew, main cast, so you never know who they'll put together. Plus the guests would crash each other's panels, which was always fun too. Unfortunately this time alot of the "Regulars" aren't coming but I know it'll still be fun and crazy and we'll laugh our butts off as always.

I usually don't videotape anything but the auction, there's so much crazy stuff going on you could have 10 cameras filming and you'd never catch everything, so that's why I shoot video there. There are other opportunities to get video, like at the welcome party, banquet, vendors room, hallways, out by the pool, you never know where fun and crazy stuff will happen. Always have your camera ready and have extra batteries and memory.

Hi, I was just wondering how many tickets have sold so far, I'm trying to gauge how long lines might be for stuff and how busy it will be. My health issues make it very hard for me to stand in long lines so any info will help, thanks!!

So now with so many cancellations, how about Fulvio Cecere, Jason Momoa, Jason Schombing, Kavan Smith, Rainbow Francks, Connor Trinneer, Craig Veroni, Ryan Robbins, Peter Flemming, Agam Darshi, Christian Bocher, Aleks Paunovic, William Devry, Frida Betrani, and Kevin Durand. Have you tried any of them? I know alot of people have moved out of the area but some are still close and don't require air travel to come. Unless you're trying to bring in more new people that have never come before then it's a whole different story. Just some ideas. Kim

Richard, what if I only want one personal item autographed, my Stargate T-shirt, can I just pay for that? I won't be getting everyone like I used to do, I've got so many autographs with most of them I don't know what to do with them all. Plus I won't have much money to spend so I'm really limited on how much I can get. I really don't need a bunch of headshots autographed, I only need my t-shirt for all of the Stargate guests. If there are non-stargate guests then I may buy headshots for just them. It really sucks being broke but it is unfortunately a reality for many of us. Thanks, Kim

Having Canadian money is just way easier, I went to every Gatecon and traveled to Vancouver alot because I used to live very close, it is always worth it to use Canadian, trust me on this. Kim

OK, I thought that Fulvio Cecere was on the list at one point but he's not anymore, so, I just messaged him and he said he hadn't been asked yet. I think he'd love to come, so please add him to the list! He's been a busy guy, he's been on Izombie and he's in the new show Damien, and The Flash, Continuum, just about everything that films in Vancouver or Toronto. He's an amazing guy with great stories and he's lots of fun onstage. Who else would love to see him? I know all my friends that are coming would love to see him again. So, pppllleeeaaassseee! Kim

How about Jason Momoa, Jason Schombing, Kavan Smith, Rainbow Francks, Connor Trinneer, Craig Veroni, Ryan Robbins, Peter Flemming, Agam Darshi, Christian Bocher, Aleks Paunovic, William Devry, Frida Betrani, Kevin Durand. Just to name a few. I've met all of them except Agam and I think any one of them would be a great addition to substitute for the cancellations. Do we get our photo-op photos signed free? I've gotten most of their autographs so many times I don't need any more but there's a few I have never met and will want just a photo and then to have it signed. Otherwise I won't be getting tons of autographs. I know one thing that makes the autographs take forever is that the guests get to talking to you and you don't want  to leave. I know you guys pretty much let the guests do what they want but will there be limits on stuff like taking selfies with them at the tables? Just wondering, I'm sure people might want to know. That's all.

Will we be able to save our seat by leaving something on it if we have to leave for bathroom, lunch, autograph or photo op? And can friends save a seat for us if we'll be late or otherwise busy with something else? For ticket sales I'm going to assume then that the earlier you buy your ticket the closer to the front you'll be. I mean what would be the point of rushing to buy a ticket if you're stuck all the way in the back, right? Do the color blocks cover all seats from side to side and front to back for it's particular block? Maybe a diagram would help.
