We will need as many of you that are available for the autograph sessions, so please let mum (Sharon Drake) know.
You will be in charge of helping take not of how many people have come for an autograph and money exchange.

Sharon should have a list of guests and although some have been pre-chosen those of you will have a choice of whom you would like to help.  Please note, that not all the guests will need help as some bring their own, but this is a little treat for people at the end of the weekend...

Again, I can't thank you enough for your patience.

Thanks for posting the schedules. I wasn't sure how to get hold of Sharon Drake directly so I sent an email about Sunday autograph sessions to the general volunteer email address that was provided.
