This sounds FANTASTIC! I was at the 1st Meet the Man con & you all did such a fabulous job with it!

Love the GateGoers gang of lovely humans!

Love the amazing talent involved with the show!

I ADORE Vancouver!

I can not think of a better way to spend a very special birthday in Vancouver with you all!!!

Of course Meet the Man was actually organised and run by another company. If you are referring to the Gatecon event which had RDA as a guest, I'm pretty sure it wasn't called that and could cause some confusion to fans not familiar with what different organisers have done.

I'm sure that if the Meet the Man title had already been used, the other organisers wouldn't have chosen to use it again, similarly I'm sure that Gatecon don't really want to take credit for something they actually had no involvement in.

Just saying...

And exactly the reason why we are not using the term for this event. Definitely two different events run by two different entities.

I foresee a competition of who can drink who under the table... I will gladly raise my hand and say I'll be first out.. Still breastfeeding so not drinking right now lol! I'm gonna have to get some practice in before I come over!

This is sort of an unofficial competition every year. =)  Usually in different groups around the con.

Ohh I'm so excited to be among fellow drink mates! I don't know many people who can match me or out drink me! I love my drinks but I'm smart and careful about how I drink and it always works wonders.

Having this list out is amazing! This being set-up so far with lost of detail is really nice and cuts down on all the what-ifs and how questions.

I think we need some fun stuff planned for after 9pm! The last Con I went to they didn't have anything to do after like 8pm and the hotel bar closed at like 11pm. Most nights we ended up playing Fluxx or CAH (Cards Against Humanity) or another card game but it got old after a while.

Ahaha... I just bought my mum CAH for Christmas so she can bring it with her!
Just beware... My mother and jagermeister NOT a good combination... She can drink it by the gallon ha!

For the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedules,  what time does the convention close for the day? I'm looking mainly at Sunday evening for a possible unofficial farewell dinner away from the hotel.

Just be aware that there is usually an after con party for the volunteers. 😊
