Ok, now this sort of bothers me. I understand work commitments, etc. but I can't help but feel that Mr. Dunne agreed to come merely to publicize his Rattletrap project. I know I never would have contributed to it (heck, I never would have even known about it) if it hadn't been for this convention.

Sad news about the cancellations by Teryl and Jay Acovone. I am however happy to see a face from SGU, Peter Kelamis. He is such a funny guy, being a stand up comedian he will be entertaining thats for sure!  :)

You would have guessed by now I'm a big fan of SGU so would be immensely happy to see more guests from that show.  :)

There's still plenty of folks we haven't heard from.  Vanessa Angel, Andee Frizzell and Musetta Vander were gracious enough to visit with us at previous CONs, maybe...And wouldn't it be a treat if we could coax Ming-Na Wen, and Robert Carlyle from Universe?  I'm sure you have a list of everyone who ever set foot on the set of any of the Stargates.  Each and everyone adds to the excitement and enjoyment.  Is there any limitation on how many guests we can invite?

wow reading through this thread and seeing all the additions and cancellations --it's a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. It is disappointing that the main reasons I wanted to attend all ended up cancelling but I've never been to Vancouver before and probably won't get this chance again so I'm definitely going to make the most of it. Thank you so much to the organizers and everyone involved in trying to make this con the best experience, I can't wait to me all of you in person!  :D

ps. What about Alaina Huffman from SGU?

Any chance of getting Ming-Na Wen to come and perhaps bring her current co-star Clark Gregg.  Yes I know Clark Gregg was never in Stargate, but I don't mind :O)

I tweeted to David Blue concerning if he's been asked to Phoenix Comicon. I know there's a "fan base" factor. Waiting for his response.
